According to the first stage of project of completely reconstruct the destroyed building in the Gaza Strip , Gaza Prime Minister Ismail Haneyya has put the foundation stone on Tuesday .
A number of governmental officials , leaders of Palestinian factions , were attended the launching of project , where the PM has announced that this project will include works on 1,000 homes.
He added , that the project was launched to replace social security for homeowners and for the Palestinians altogether, Haneyya said the ruined homes will be built in original locations and will be fully reconstructed in the second stage, The government earlier paid $50 million to homeowners affected by the war , pointing out that this project will provide work opportunities for thousand of Engineers and teachers in the strip .
