Hamdan: Scientific article for written examinations related to Palestinian and international laws

Maj. Sami Hamdan, deputy Director of Management Administration in the Ministry of Interior has confirmed , that  employment applications , which submitted through the website of the Ministry will go on according to the announced conditions, pointing out that they will exclude all persons who haven’t specified conditions.

When he explained that they will form a technical, and personal committees and other for written exams, pointing out that it will be representative by the Interior and in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice , military Attorney-General's , Fatwa and Legislation Office , and the Palestinian police. "

 

Hamdan drew attention , that  the written examinations for the  graduates of rights and law will focus on scientific and legal culture , which related to the  laws of Palestinian police, as well as Palestinian and international laws.

On the other hand , he showed that scientific material  will include international human rights law, Fourth Geneva Convention, and the protection law of international human rights, in addition to all laws that related to international courts , and the courts of war criminals and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Law of Service in the forces of the Palestinian security number 8 in 2005, and the Penal Code and other Criminal Procedure 3 , and the Revolutionary Penal Code. "

Hamdan stressed that transparency and high professionalism are the main criterion when selecting staff, in addition to the standards of it .

 
Also , he assured  their focus on the legal culture of the three most important laws affecting police work, which includes the Law on Service in the security forces and the Penal Code No. (36) and the Code of Criminal Procedure (No. 3) 2001.
