Gaza/ Interior Ministry
Mr. Fathi Hammad , The Minister of Interior and National Security, has confirmed that his ministry continues to apply death sentences against criminals and traitors , after exhausting all legal and judicial procedures against them, indicating that the execution of the traitors and collaborators comply with the aspirations of our people.
Hammad revealed that they prefer to compromise on the litigation process, explaining that they had been delayed death sentences for some owners of murder in anticipation of a relative or prospective reconciliation between the parties.
He said in an interview during the program entiteld "Fee Al-Sameem " on Al-Aqsa TV on Sunday night (9 / 1) : "treason and espionage followed the State and the resistance , and we do not return to any one in this affair."
No political prisoners in Gaza
Hammah , has renewed his denial against the existence of political prisoners in his ministry in the Gaza Strip, saying that , the persons who found in what he called it "rehabilitation and reform centers " Prisons , is to the perpetrators of crimes or offenses, some of them may be from Fatah movement , and some of them may from Hamas supporters, and others.
He added: " We have no agenda for the arrest of any citizen on the political background, we have a large area of freedom of thought and expression."
When , he condemned the actions committed by the Palestinian Authority who arrest , the liberator prisoner from the Israeli jails .
On the other hand , Hammad directed a message to the security services , saying : " Go back to your people and home and to the root of loyal Fatah .
The Minister of Interior, showed that there is a significant development in his ministry, noting that the security situation in the Gaza Strip has become one of the obvious evidence , and every thing go ahead by the relationship between people , prosecutors and the judiciary.
Preparations for any aggression
Hammad assured that any preparations for his ministry to face new aggression on the Gaza Strip, will be in the framework of civic mission , and the military confrontation - as he said - is the responsibility of the factions and resistance.
He explained , that the role of his ministry is security in the non-collapse of the domestic front, noting that it is embodied by the ministry during the last war on the Gaza strip .
In response to a question , for the size of the work of radical Islamic movements in the Gaza Strip, Hamad said : " All the sons of our people became known for their religiosity habit and traditions."
He added : " We have no objection for political and national pluralism , that Hamas movement has built more than 90% of the mosques in the Gaza Strip, and everyone wants dialogue, and cooperation, go a head to the Ministry of the Interior and we are servants for our Palestinian people."
