A number of security men and jurists in the Palestinian Gaza Strip considered that the security services of Fatah Authority in the occupied West Bank, that pursuit the resistance and made security coordination with the Israeli occupation are "crime" and they must be prosecuted.

They confirmed in their speeches in program, which was transmitted by the General Directorate of Public Relations and Information of Interior Ministry through Al-Aqsa TV, that the security situation in the Gaza Strip is completely different from what happens in the occupied West Bank of security coordination with the Israeli occupation by the security services of Fatah Authority in Ramallah.

Dr. Hassan Al-Saifi, general supervisor of Interior Ministry and National Security, showed that what is happening in the West Bank is an integration in the relationship between the Israeli occupation and the Authority of Fatah.

Al-Saifi said: "Oslo agreement states explicitly that Authority of Fatah should protect the security of Israel."

Also, Mohammed Lafi pointed out that the situation in Gaza is a direct response to what is happening in the occupied West Bank, where, Palestinian fighters were being pursued and tortured.

And he said: "The security agencies in the Gaza Strip are strong national, in addition to the political action and resistance in all major areas."

Lafi pointed out that the Palestinian community in the occupied West Bank has become weak to confront the Israeli occupation.

Moreover, Khalil Abu Shamala, director of Al Dameer Association for Human Rights, said: "We are still at the stage of national liberation and resistance, and we are still facing the occupation and its risks and repeated aggression on our people," and wondered: "What is the national, legal and ethical justification for exercising the political detention. "

And he condemned the political detention and considered it as a "crime", and he called for bringing the perpetrators to justice.
