Palestinian members of parliament of Change and Reform Bloc in the Central of Gaza Strip congratulated the police chief lieutenant colonel Wea'am Mater after assuming his new duties as director of Al-Wusta police station.
The Delegation of MPs included Dr. Salem Salama, Abd Al-Rahman Al-Jamal and Huda Naim, whereas, lieutenant colonel Mater welcomed the visiting delegation and expressed his thanks and appreciation to them.
Dr. Salem Salama emphasized on the importance of police work in maintaining security and protection for citizens, while MP Huda Naim discussed the most important problems facing the Palestinian police in the central governorate.
Lieutenant colonel Mater showed that the most important and significant problem facing the Palestinian police in the central governorate is a shortage in the number of cars, pointing out that the Interior Minister promised to provide three cars.
At the end of the visit, the members of parliament of Change and Reform Bloc thanked Mater for his good reception and promised him to meet the needs of the police in the central governorate.
