Ministry of Interior decides to release a number of detainees in Gaza

Palestinian Minister of Interior and National Security Mr. Fathi Hammad has decided on Tuesday (28-12) to release a number of detainees in Gaza.

The Ministry of Interior confirmed that decision of releasing those detainees was taken at the end of the campaign of "citizen's dignity and policeman prestige", which lasted for fifty days and coincides with the commemoration of Israeli criminal war on the Gaza Strip.

It is noteworthy that the Palestinian government is announcing in every occasion about the release of a group of detainees in its prisons, while hundreds of detainees in the prisons of Abbas's militia in the occupied West Bank.
