Jabalyia police station held a mass meeting with citizens in Al-Ihsan Mosque, with the participation of major Wael Rajab, lieutenant colonel Said Shaaban and a number of police officers. Within the campaign's activities of "citizen's dignity and policeman's prestige".
The meeting was attended by a large gathering of citizens, headed by tribal chiefs and elders of Jabaliya.
At the beginning of the meeting, citizens and dignitaries welcomed the police leadership northern Gaza, and considered that such meetings enhance the relationship and mutual trust between the citizens and policemen.
Lieutenant Colonel Wael Rajab said that the Palestinian police has been formed to serve the people and help them, and he added that this campaign will not stop after the end of its time because it is considered as a training course for all members of police; to improve the relationship between the citizens and policemen.
Maj. Said Shaban said that all police stations receive all citizens and they will spare no effort to provide service to all citizens. Also, he noted that the policemen have made great efforts and worked day and night; in order to protect the Palestinian citizens.
