Three Palestinian young men were wounded on Wednesday afternoon after the Israeli occupation forces stationed on the borders of the Gaza Strip fired an artillery shell at them east of Gaza city.
Adham Abu Salmiye, the media coordinator of medical services in the Strip, reported that the three were hospitalized, describing their injuries as "moderate".
Meanwhile, the agriculture ministry denounced the savage IOF raid that targeted a poultry farm in Khan Younis, south of the Strip, earlier on Wednesday.
It said in a statement that the IOF crimes in Khan Younis and against a warehouse for crops in Nablus are the latest series of the destruction streak against the agricultural sector in Palestine.
The ministry said that the agricultural sector in Palestine was experiencing its worst moments because of the IOF practices on the one hand and the scarcity of rain on the other.
It noted that the IOF troops were escalating attacks on fishermen along the Gaza coasts and against farmers along the eastern and northern land borders of the Strip.
