Israeli warplanes launched two raids on Khan Younis and Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, at dawn Wednesday inflicting material damage and wounding a youth, local sources reported.

The warplanes blasted a poultry farm southwest of Khan Younis completely destroying it and injuring a 22-year-old young man in the vicinity.

They said that another raid in the same timing blasted a tunnel on the Egyptian-Palestinian borders east of Rafah crossing causing big material damage to a number of nearby tunnels, but no casualties were reported.

Israeli warplanes had launched mock raids on various areas in the Gaza Strip on Tuesday night, breaking the sound barrier and causing sounds of explosions.
