Palestinian police chief Brigadier-General Abu Obeida Al-Jarrah participated yesterday at a ceremony of honoring excellent students in Umma University, which organized by the Islamic bloc, and he was accompanied by a number of police officers.
The ceremony included many paragraphs and the last was distributing certificates of appreciation to excellent students.
