General Department of Public Relations and Information at Ministry of Interior and National Security visited on Wednesday morning (1/12) for the third consecutive day a number of local and Arab media and press institutions that working in the Gaza Strip.
The tour included a visit to Felesteen Daily Newspaper,and the delegation was received by editor-in-chief Yasser El-Banna and a number of journalists working in the headquarters of Felesteen Newspaper central Gaza City.
The delegation of General Department of Public Relations and Information included Eng. Ihab Al-Ghusain, Major Ayman Al-Batneeji, Mr. Ali Al-Nabulsiya and Mr. Hani Al-Dali.
They also visited Al-Risala Bi-weekly Newspaper in its headquarters in Al Naser western Gaza, that were received by Eng. Ismail Al-Ashqar, Mr. Wesam Afeifa and a number of journalists.
As well as the delegation visited the headquarters of Al Aqsa Satellite Channel in Gaza City, Al Aqsa radio station and the office of Shehab News Agency.
Eng. Ihab Al-Ghusain, spokesman for Interior Ministry, showed that these visits were made within the campaign's activities of "citizen's dignity and policeman's prestige" which launched by the ministry on the seventh of November 2010; to consolidate the bonds of joint media cooperation with all mass media in the Gaza Strip.
Al-Ghusain asserted that those visits are going to continue to include all media institutions in the Gaza Strip during the days of campaign for over fifty days, pointing out that these visits aim at consolidating relations with all media and press institutions and listening to their views and proposals and give their comments on the work of ministry and its departments.
