Palestinian court in Khan Younis southern Gaza Strip has sentenced on Wednesday morning against the young Mohammed Abdeen death penalty; because he committed a premeditated murder against the child Abdullah Mahmoud Abdullah Abu Muammar.
The General Intelligence Service in Rafah has arrested last July the murderers of Abu Muammar child (11 years), after less than five hours from finding his body.
Whereas, Palestinian police publicized last July the details of murder of child Abu Muammar, whose body was found after he was ravished by some accusers, who were arrested later.
Therefore, Minister of Interior and National Security in Gaza Mr. Fathi Hammad confirmed in a statement that the Palestinian government will implement what judicial authorities sentenced against the murderers of child Abu Muammar.
The Palestinian government has implemented in Gaza few months ago sentenced to death penalty against murderers and spies.
