Civil Defense leadership headed by Brigadier General Youssof Al-Zahar met on Sunday 26/10/2010, with the delegation of Jordanian field hospital in Gaza headed by Colonel Omar Al-Zyoud, its headquarters in Tel Islam.
The visit was made by Civil Defense Service communicate and cooperate with the Jordanian field hospital's delegation.
Brigadier General Al-Zahar welcomed the visiting delegation and emphasized on the strong relationship between the Jordanian and Palestinian peoples, appreciating Jordan's keenness to bandage the wounds of the Palestinian people, particularly after the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip recently.
Also, Al-Zyoud said: "In fact, we hear, see and read in newspapers about the great efforts that made by the civil defense to preserve citizens and property, adding that protecting the citizen is more difficult than keeping the property.
He stressed the complementary relationship between civil defense service and the Jordanian hospital in Gaza, thanking the leadership of civil defense for their good reception.
