Palestinian Ministry of Interior is still following-up and arresting people suspected of involvement in collaborating with the Israeli enemy, completing the security campaign which has been carried out to eliminate the phenomenon of spies in the Gaza Strip.
Eng. Ihab Al-Ghusain, spokesman for Ministry of Interior, said in an interview on Saturday 16/10/2010: "Since the launch of the national campaign against collaborating with the enemy, there were considerable achievements, and after the end of repentance period, the security agencies are prosecuting and revealing new files in this aspect. "
Al-Ghusain pointed out that the security work against spies is a priority for the Ministry of Interior since the government took full control in the Gaza Strip in 2007, and his ministry did not stop fighting and pursuing spies and collaborators.
