Military Court in Gaza sentences accuser imprisoned for lifetime and penal servitude

Permanent Military Court in Gaza has sentenced to imprison for a lifetime and penal servitude against accuser involved of collaborating, dealing with hostile authorities and murder.

 

This judge was sentenced against an accuser Mohamed Ibrahim Ahmed Ismail (well-known as Al-Sabe'a), he was born in 1973 and a resident of Rafah and he is married, according to several articles of Palestinian Penal law.

The judge was issued on Sunday 19/7/2009, and it may subject to appeal.
